Refunds & Returns

Items may be returned if faulty for a full refund (excluding shipping) at their expense within 30 days of the sales transaction.

No refunds will be given for change of mind.

We handcraft these items and endeavor for top quality control before sale, however, if your item is faulty please contact us via email or phone within 30 days to arrange return of the faulty item and either replacement or refund.

Corten items are designed to have a 'rustic' appearance, thus surface rust is intentional and should be expected. 

Kiwis are designed to flex in the gentle breeze.
