Important Shipping Information

Please note that not all items are available to be shipped to all locations across New Zealand.

Due to the large and heavy nature of some of our items, shipping for some pieces is available only across the Auckland region.

Local Delivery to Waiuku is Free. We will be in touch to arrange a suitable time once your order has been processed.

Pickup from one of our market locations is possible upon prior arrangement only. Please contact us before purchasing your desired products to arrange.

In the instance of items being returned, shipping is non-refundable.

Most spheres are able to be shipped nationwide by selecting one of the flatpack shipping options. Smaller spheres (child, toddler, baby) are able to be shipped full size.
